The main purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the system of correctional education of various educational institutions, meetings and exchange of views on the organization of an accessible environment for disabled persons in the state of Baden-Wurttemberg, as well as barrier-free living environment for people with disabilities as part of the program "Accessible Environment" for 2011-2015 in the Republic of Bashkortostan. In this regard, it is significant and important was the meeting with the mayor of Stuttgart on Social Affairs, Youth and Public Health, Mr. Jay Isabel Fetser and empowered by the Disability Rights Stuttgart Mr. Jay Ursula Marx.
